Here's a great little hack...

Mouse Scanner

Are you using an optical mouse right now? Ever wanted to see your desktop through the eye on the bottom of it? Me neither, I already know I have to clean my desktop :-)

travels tell no lies

Tested in Russia, the two-stage GK-1 voice analyser requires that passengers don headphones at a console and answer "yes" or "no" into a microphone to questions about whether they are planning something illicit.

The software will almost always pick up uncontrollable tremors in the voice that give away liars or those with something to hide, say its designers at Israeli firm Nemesysco.

RingBack makes a big payback!

Use the language of music to speak volumes without saying a word. Only $1.99 annual fee per Ringback Tone with a $0.99 monthly subscription. Purchase your favorite Ringback Tones Now.

So you pay $2 as song plus $1 to hear a song, more because there is tax. People complain about the music industry costs. Wow it isn't even the whole song and you can't keep it, what a rip off. In korean it is a looped part of the song.

As baby pointed out I become hard because when a person uses the Ringback, then changes it a caller will doubt if it is the right number the song is changed. So we are paying to confuse certain callers. I guess we can all get use to call tones, but the price is certainly extreme.

My guess is that this could and was in the phone itself. The carriers nixed it so they could make money.

It costs to be different, and seems like you can't even be different with your own song.

J2ME blogging software test

SO i understand that I have a non conventional cell phone (Motorola e680) but I am amzed if this is the reason. I have been testing mobile blog software, BlogPlanet, Kablog, and MIDLog. all of them have problems except an older version of MIDLog. The others either don't connect or connect then send the entry into space never to be heard from again. I have noticed that most of these programs have been tested and verified for Nokia hand set so I will hold my opinion to personal experience. It make me wonder about technology and how we are on a daily basis moving away from standards. It seems that the way around standards is to make more standards so everyone has their own standard... Seems like it sort of defeats the purpose don't you think.

Well until further development in these softwares I will stick to trust old MIDLog 0.3 to get my mobile thought online.

big bummer!

I have gone on a trip to seattle. Such a bummer to find out that my SD memory card in my camera died. Not only did it die but I lost most of the pictures that were there. This is because I was so focused on the problem, too much... Can see the forest through the trees!
